Thank you. It just occurred to me that I did file a bug at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/i915/kernel/-/issues/13803 for this
issue with kernel 6.14, and then the issue went away. With 6.18.1 I don't
see this warning.

But it has returned, and thus I have added a subsequent comment at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/i915/kernel/-/issues/13803#note_3261088
