Your patch is based upon linux-next rather than the Broadcom SoC tree, the devicetree-arm64/fixes branch is not merged into devicetree-arm64/next at the moment, therefore arch/arm64/boot/dts/broadcom/bcm2712-rpi-5-b-base.dtsi does not exist in that branch.
Give me a few days to figure out how to best deal with that. -- Florian
