Add amdgpu_svm_range.h with GPU-mapped range types and interfaces:
- enum amdgpu_svm_range_queue_state: NOT_QUEUED, IN_GC, IN_RESTORE,
  PROCESSING states for work queue management
- struct amdgpu_svm_range: extends drm_gpusvm_range with gpu_mapped
  state, queue_state, attribute flags, work queue node, pending
  ops/pages, and validation timestamp.  PTE flags are not cached on
  the range; they are recomputed per DMA segment from the segment's
  drm_pagemap protocol when the mapping is programmed.
- enum amdgpu_svm_range_op: NONE, UNMAP operation types
- struct amdgpu_svm_range_op_ctx: dequeue context for GC processing
- Helper macro: UNMAP_WORK
- Inline helper: amdgpu_svm_range_invalidate_gpu_mapping
- AMDGPU_SVM_RANGE_DEBUG trace macro with range details
- Full range API declarations: find_or_insert, get_pages,
  update_mapping, update_gpu_range, lock_vm_pd, invalidate,
  map_attrs, notifier_event_begin, dequeue/put helpers,
  zap_ptes (page-range based), and evict (devmem-aware wrapper).
  attr_pte_flags takes an enum drm_interconnect_protocol; is_valid,
  update_gpu_range and update_mapping take the attribute set plus a
  read_only flag instead of a pre-computed pte_flags value.

Include <drm/drm_pagemap.h> for enum drm_interconnect_protocol.
