The Xilinx framebuffer is legacy soft IP for the ML300 and ML403 reference designs, built with the long discontinued Xilinx Platform Studio and ISE Design Suite. Nothing upstream carries any of its five compatible strings. Patch 1 removes the driver, patch 2 its documentation in bindings/xilinx.txt.
