You are dreaming.
1) Take another look at the differences between the GF2 and GF3
architectures (since you quote this specifically).
2) Read "The Mythical Man Month" by Fred Brooks.
Do you honestly think you could find even *one* person in the open source
community with the skills to reverse engineer a modern graphics processor?
