I see, okay I tried to insmod with full debug. From one session where I were able to ssh back to black-screened machine I ripped off the kernel messages. I put the logs on a web site http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~toman/x/syslog.msg.bz2 It's quite complete session (~200kB compressed, 16Megs uncompressed) since I don't know what is and what is not important. I hope I'll help a bit.
