I'm using the OpenGL.OpenGLRenderDevice. I have to check if there are any 
noticeable diferences to SDLGLDrv.SDLGLRenderDevice but I don't expect 
much though.

I don't recall seeing this. I'll check the log the next time I run it. 
Again, it could be caused by the different rendering engine.

I've built it. Initially I did it to find the hw cursor bug, but lot of 
things happened since (I already fixed it for instance) and I didn't use 
it ever since.

I can clean my source tree, tar it, and put it on my site when it's done. 
It's full of symbolic links to /usr/local/games/ut so that you can run 
with your existing ut installation.

The version of source code is not the most recent one - it's 420. I don't 
how much differences are there. It neads a rather old version of OpenAL 
that I could only manage to find in another game source code - chromium 
bsu.

Most information I have about this was taken from openut.sf.net.

I'll post here when it's done.
