Although the drivers alone aren't compatible with the libGL of a usual
distribution, the whole packages ARE. People have been using them fine
quite some time now. This is because they include the libGL.

Thanx to Alan's install.sh script, both in the drivers that I and Jens
provide people can restore their system to the previous state just by
typing 'install.sh restore'. The only problem is when libGL stops being
included, as I said before, but that will take its time, so I don't see
the point in creating confusion in people minds when there is no need.

The drivers released are exactly those from the trunk. I'm not sure
what's the state of TCL support on the trunk, but I think is rather
limited. That work has been done on the tcl-0-0-branch. Keith should
enlighten this matter though.

I think that a README describing the general install/uninstall procedure
and the state of the snapshots would be interesting indeed, and with a
general note saying to never mix different drivers snapshots, i.e.,
always uninstall before installing a second one, as this would break the
installation script (and covers the libGL case).
