Let's move this to the devel list to get more help as some of the messages 
here are really strange...

Does anyone make sense of this? AGP mode 0x is strange. And the ones 
before too... The fact that it doesn't find the frame buffer map indicates 
that there could be some binary incompatibility.

J5, please post the /var/log/XFree86.0.log again, now with 
/usr/X11R6-DRI/bin/XFree86, to see if there is any difference from the 
previous one (which as from the regular X server + binary snapshots and 
showed nothing)
