(Yay finished assignments and stuff! ;-)

Having upgraded to the latest tcl-0-0-branch code (as well as the
latest fgfs code), the situation's back where it started - airports
in the US have very dark scenery, whereas everywhere else seems to
be fine.

I've also noticed something that's either new, or I didn't see it
before: the US airports work properly the first n times I run fgfs
after a reboot (ie, shutdown -r). n was about three today - I'll
reboot and see if this is consistent tomorrow. So, when I run fgfs
after a reboot, I see /all/ the scenery drawn properly, then after
running some number of times the US airports start drawing textures
very dark, whereas the rest of the world draws them properly.

The slowdown I was seeing is still there and behaving in the same
way, too.

RADEON_NO_TCL=1 fixes the dark texture problem, as before.
