Okay, I follow what you are doing. Liam, I can't help but think you're going to take this down to the level of the old fashioned flow chart :-) Seriously, these block diagrams are good for getting a general landscape of what functionality goes where, but when you get down into the details, you have to squint your eyes and wave your hand in front of the picture real fast. That will blur things enough that the detail will look believable, but not actually ledgible. What I'm trying to say is, in my experience, you can only take block diagrams so far. At a certain point, you are better off just jumping into the source code for the actual nuts and bolts of the implementation. I realize that you are not a programmer, but the amount of detail you've latched on to so far is very amazing to me. You really ought to give code reading a try, I think someone with a quick mind like yours will be able to pick it up relatively quickly. Just my 2 cents.
