        I enabled debugging mode (after commenting out some bad variable
references in some radeon_trace statements, and adding radeon_version.h to
radeon_cursor.c) and it sig11's right after the cursor is initialized and
before any acceleration setup is done on screen 1 - this is a red herring
as it crashes without hardware cursor enabled.
