I think linking to the sources would be good, but it would be better to
also actually list them all in one place anyways even if they may be a
bit volatile.  We can just put a note that they are volatile and to
check the sources to be sure.  And definitely list everything for all
drivers in one page.  It is much easier to see everything at once than
have to dig through several pages for it all.

There are many XF86Config options that have been mentioned--are they
documented somewhere (I don't see them in the development faq).  They
actually belong in a user-visible faq (not develeper specific).

I think it would be nice to list all of these in one place regardless of
the fact that some would only be used by developers.
