I've implemented hardware cube mapping in the R200 driver. This required
adding support for some new registers to the radeon.o kernel module. So
you'll need that in order to get GL_ARB_texture_cube_map. If you use an
older kernel module, GL_ARB_texture_cube_map will be silently disabled.
I bumped the radeon kernel module version to 1.7.
