The XVideo fix is in the XFree86 CVS trunk, but not in the mesa-4-0-4 branch (yet). I think you can work around it by using <Ctrl><Alt><KP_+> to cycle through the video modes before trying to run an XVideo client. >> It should get merged to the trunk shortly in any case. > >Will it be in 4.3.0? Yes, it's already in the 4.3 preview snapshots. The source can be checked out from the XFree86 CVS (see <http://www.xfree86.org/cvs/>), and some binaries are available at: ftp://ftp.xfree86.org/pub/XFree86/snapshots/4.2.99.4/binaries/ David -- David Dawes Release Engineer/Architect The XFree86 Project www.XFree86.org/~dawes ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ Dri-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dri-devel
