This makes sense; the chip can apparently be busy for more than 10 milliseconds,
and a reset may actually make things worse. I don't think raising the default
timeout should have any negative effects except possibly increased latency, and
I guess that's preferable to a lockup. :)

PS: We don't need to make the error messages unique because we know this must be
in R128CCEWaitForIdle(). ;P
