Some proprietary OpenGL drivers are better in terms of features and

My limited experience agrees with
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_faq.html#stable; as you can see, a
growing number of projects is using it already, even some kernel
subprojects. I also agree we'd probably have to wait for 1.0 at least
though. But I particularly agree with Keith that we can't likely drop
CVS anytime soon.

As an aside, some kernel hackers didn't mind being guinea pigs for
debugging bk. No, I'm not thinking of Linus, way before that.
