So now I've to co Mesa and not Mesa-newtree? One day I saw this
lines in config/host.def

#define MesaSrcDir /X11R6/SourceForge/Mesanew/Mesa-newtree

this line is still in dri (trunk) cvs. Moreover, I found nothing on
the dri www site about this and probably miss the msg which announce
this change in the dri-devel mailing list (if there was one).

Many thanks for the info I will co Mesa and try again.

what is this? I do not use xdm or any dm (when you use multiple X
server a local script which call startx can be really powerful),
should I leave X to install XFree dri trunk over running XFree? I do
not think this is needed on Linux if the good install program is used.

Again, why I should rm the module before (the module is in memory and
blablabla ... but I will do this the next time :o)

"Reboot" means here: stop the X server and unload the radeon
kernel module (I tried to really reboot and compare the size
of all my radeon.o module around anyway).

PS.: Why every body cc to every body on a subscriber only mailing
list? (I tried Mail-Followup-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
in my headers, but this fail :o/)
