I've made some changes to the savage driver to hopefully set up the
bitmap and tiling registers correctly for both 2D and 3D for all
chipsets (except savage2000). It's based on what I can glean from the
2D driver and what I've seen on my savages.  I've also enabled 3D for
most savages in the DRM and 2D driver.  All you should need to do is
update cvs and rebuild.  I haven't tried re-submitting vertexes for
3D/IX/MX as Felix suggested yet.  I'd be especially interested if
supersavage users have any luck.  unfortunately I don't know if
supersavage is more like savage4 or prosavage.  I assume prosavage
since the set up functions in the 2D driver mirror the ones for
prosavage.  3D/MX/IX users may have some luck too as the stride for the
tiling regs was wrong on the 3D side I think.  I haven't tried it yet
though.
