Looks ok to me for now. I'm planning to split the "Quality" section into
"Texture" and "Color Reduction" since it was getting pretty long in the
radeon drivers. In the other drivers the "Quality" section could remain
until it grows bloated there too. ;-)

As portable as DRI itself. dlopen is used to load the 3D drivers in
libGL.
