This should make it build on 2.4; it looks like it is just missing a stub
function for a 2.6 feature.

I've found a problem in the r128 driver with it and I don't have a fix for it
yet. I'm not sure if the bug will impact other drivers. The r128 coprocessor is
not initializing correctly.
