I checked this and unfortunately the python version has been updated
only in the shell servers,  not in the SF web servers. Nevertheless this
is not reason to prevent updating to a newer MoinMoin as we've been a
python 2.2 binary provided by another SF project (most likely compiled
in the SF compiler farm).
