Oh yes, and it wouldn't be outside the realms of possibility to consider supporting the i810 in this driver as well, though that might take a little bit of hammering on stuff.
I might get time to take the hammer out in a few weeks, one i810 board is running DOS, the other has a radeon in it....
btw does this new driver do anything for the i830 lockups that pop-up every so often? (mainly to do with the DDX fighting with the 3d driver by the looks of it...)
I haven't done anything specific about it, and the locking/context-management/DDX interaction is basically unchanged.
