Tried it, hangs my box. :(
I'll try to compile from CVS.  I assume it is possible to just cd to
appropriate directory and compile from there, or there are other parts
of X.org codebase I need to get compiled as well?

BTW, file size of your `i810_drv.o' is huge: 4956293, is it OK?
