Well for my day job application we are using a Radeon 7500 and I would
like to use the client side storage in it, so I was adding it to the
radeon driver internally I said I may as well submit it in case it might
be useful..... I'm still not 100% sure it will help my work application
but I ported it to see if it could.... and it was quite trivial... (will
fix the env variable...)
