This on is SOLVED!

It was due to SuSE's CKRM_CPU_SCHEDULE scheduler.

Back to Linux's 'normal' one solve it.

quake3-smp
~198 fps 2. high
~193 fps HIGH

640x480 window on 1280x1024x24/32.

1024x768 window give ~100 fps, again.
