The real answer is that it's not even supposed to be there.  If you
notice, (1, 0x1300) look like reasonable parameters to glNewLIst.  Try
the patch that I posted to the thread "display lists broken in Mesa
maybe due to glapi dispatch changes (?), and an Xthreads problem".
