DRI needs a kernel component (the drm), so far I've only seen it for bsd and linux... Nothing else in the build is really os-specific I think, so those parts may compile (though won't be of much use). Not sure why (especially the 2d driver) would really include dri support though, it has ifdefs for everything dri related.
But you really need to ask the xorg people about that.
