It's not just that.  {NV,EXT,ARB}_texture_rectangle also unnormalized
texture coordinates (i.e., coordinates in the range
[0,width-1]x[0,height-1]) instead of normalized (i.e., coordinates in
the range [0,1)x[0,1)).  I don't know what sort of changes Xgl would
need to remove that requirement.
