Ok, thanks, I'll check it out.  It looks like the CyberBlade device 
supports command queuing, maybe that would be a way to optimize the 
command submission stuff.

Ok.  I don't expect this system to be a speed demon either, but it does 
have SG support so hopefully I won't have to submit things in very small 
chunks.

Hm, I'll have to take a look at that.  Based on the specs, it looks like 
the AGP transfer stuff is a separate command set.

That sounds good, sounds like it should be fairly optimal.
