From: Dave Airlie <airl...@redhat.com> this patch has two components: a) for legacy DRM drivers, we need a hook to enable/disable irqs around arb when the command/memory is turned off. b) for KMS drivers we provide a hook/callback to enable/disable VGA decoding.
We don't disable VGA decoding in the single device case, since we believe some laptops ACPI implementation will react badly.
