I have created a Google document for interim sharing of thoughts on the syntax
for these plans.
Please pile on. If you are hesitant, add comments. If you are bold, make
changes.
When we come to a bit of closure on this document I will insert it here and
drop it into the web site as a spec. Until then, having real-time sharing of
edits is preferable.
