@Kai: There have been few changes in structure of the plan.
Apart from that the new plan syntax uses 'id' and 'input' elements. The 'ref'
element needs a prefix of 'output.' in syntax.
You can have a look into other plans and drop a note at drill-dev if you
stumble at any part.
