Description:
Create a Juju Charm for Drill in order for users to:
do a one line install (juju quickstart bundle...)
have a one line upgrade (juju upgrade-charm)
instantly scale (juju add-unit)
instantly integrate with other charms like Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Cassandra, etc.
