Here's how I was attempting to build Drill:

{{mvn clean install assembly:assembly -DskipTests -Dmaven.test.skip.exec -Pmapr 
-Drat.numUnapprovedLicenses=100}}

However, I got this error:

org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-enforcer-plugin:1.2:enforce (no_commons_logging) 
on project drill-java-exec: Some Enforcer rules have failed. Look above for 
specific messages explaining why the rule failed.  -> [Help 1]}}
