Summary: JDBC returns rows with no columns

In queries with more than 2 major fragments, when run using jdbc, the first
batch to arrive contains no column information, and sqlline uses this for it's
schema, so it assumes the data has no columns, and thus doesn't print out any
data for any of the rows.
