Hey Guys, MapR marketing was kind enough to put together a refresh to the existing Drill website to go along with the 0.4 release. I think that the changes do a great job of better representing the what and why of Drill and I suggest we post them.
Rather than getting into a long discussion about subjective design aesthetics, I propose that you answer one simple question: "*Is this an improvement over what we have today?*" If you do, let's post it. Once posted, for those that are really motivated (as opposed to just having a passing interest), additional JIRAs can be opened and people can raise their hand to contribute additional improvements. This way we won't get mired in this discussion when there are so many other important things on which we should focus. How does that sound?
