Hi, I am preparing to merge a few patches targeted for 0.7.0 release into the master branch. The complete list of patches can be found here [1]
This set of patches include changes+fixes required to support Java 8. I am currently running test cases on Windows and Linux machines with Java 7 and 8. Would appreciate if someone can run the unit tests with JDK 8 on a Mac with my merge branch [2]. I am looking forward to merge these changes by sometime tomorrow.
