Today LoadingCache in CodeCompiler has fixed maximum number of entries set to
1000. Since size of entry can vary based on the complexity of the code
generated for different operators for different types of queries it is
desirable to make this maxSize configurable to limit/expand amount of heap we
are willing to use for LoadingCache.
