Building with "mvn install -DskipTests" immediately after building with that
same command seems to rebuild everything. (There are multiple occurrences like:
[INFO] Changes detected - recompiling the module!
[INFO] Compiling 71 source files to
/home/xxx/work/git/incubator-drill/protocol/target/classes
and the second build seems to take almost as long as a first build done after
doing "mvn clean".)
