Unfortunately I had to give the hardware back, so I can't continue to work on the mfi driver. If anyone wants to help me out by donating a controller and some disks, please email me :)
Anyway, I've put all the bits I ended up with on a page at http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~dlg/mfi/. Jonathan Auer also has some notes on how to use the driver up at http://www.tapodi.net/~jda/solaris/perc5-solaris.html. Hope someone finds this useful. dlg On Tue, Feb 13, 2007 at 08:54:09PM +1000, David Gwynne wrote: > Hi, > > I previously posted about a driver I wrote for LSI Logic MegaRAID SAS > controllers (and variants of it) to the storage-discuss list (http:// > www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=78086), but at the > time I had a bug which caused the firmware to freak out, and it was > therefore unusable.
