Video class. There is a driver that worked with the old Ekiga (Gnomemeeting
1.2.1). This driver should work with Ekiga. The driver supports all the
webcams with a Philips chipset. On the website go to Documentation>Webcams
supported for a detailed list of the webcams supported by this driver.

Yes, the Logitech ones are tested. Detail list as following:
 
     Logitech Quickcam Ultra Vision
      Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000
      Logitech Quickcam Fusion
      Logitech Quickcam Orbit MP
      Logitech Quickcam Pro for Notebooks

BTW, I heard that the video plugin of Ekiga is not integrated into
opensolaris yet. You might try to compile it yourself.
