Sorry, I don't have access to that sort of information. If you came
up with something more like

(we *are* going back a long way here), then I'd be more likely to
track it down. The newer multipacks have 3-4 digits, such as

540-3423 - which is the 6slot Ultra SCSI backplanet version.
