Hello Ram-
I would recommend you use iometer (http://www.iometer.org/) for raw
measurements, and filebench (http://opensolaris.org/os/community/performance/filebench/
) for file system measurements.
May I ask what iSCSI driver you are ready with? Do you have any
information regarding your work that you can share?
