That means a -1 for Ted you and for Lin Guo. IIUC, that means that they
don't get approved by consensus, but a full vote of the CC's here could
elect them.
That said, I do agree with you, participation should be in this
community... There is a lot of excellent work done by some folks (I
know the work done by Ted You, for example), but if the work is done
behind closed doors, and the individual has no other contact with the
rest of the community, then there is little point in a CC grant.
