Hi Ramkishore,
we have a generic firmware flashing tool in OpenSolaris,
it's called "fwflash" and is available in build 89 onwards.

We do not have any plugins - yet - to do what I think it
is that you are describing.

What sort of pci controller do you want to flash? What do you
want to flash it with?
