I have completed the GLDv3 conversion for dnet(7D) and it is ready for
review/testing. Basic GLDv3 functionality should be available for for all
supported devices, however link notification is limited to MII capable
devices only. The changes were tested against DEC 21143 and Adaptec 21140
(multi-port) devices.

Of particular concern is the VLAN tagging which was added in; I would
appreciate any additional testing if anyone is interested/available.
Brussels support is probably going to make a bit of noise (the patch is
currently at 863 lines) - would it be possible to provide support as a
follow-up patch/putback?
