Maybe this is the same issue which we were looking at but never fully
root caused. 

Just to confirm, all 6 ports work with Opensolaris-200805 but 2 ports do
not work with b99?

I thought it might have been due to bad BIOS init on your MB, but if
it's working on an earlier build then maybe not.

Please determine the exact build which it starts to build.

If you can find the MB online where we can order it, let me know and
I'll see if there is a way we can acquire it.
