Thanks for all the supports and comments. We've got enough votes for getting the sponsorship from both of ON and Device Drivers communities. According to the process of initiating new project, the next step seems to be sending the related information to project-setup alias on behave of the sponsoring communities. So could someone help us with the next steps?
