Hi All,
I was running NIC DRV Test 00 ( it had passed once), i had made a couple
of changes in the driver and was doing a sanity test of all the test cases in
the suite all over again, and this time it seemed to fail.I did a reboot and
for some reason everytime i do a reboot and my driver's xxx_start() is called
or around that time i get the following msg
Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 mac: [ID 469746 kern.info] NOTICE: aggr1 registered
Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 be2net: [ID 540041 kern.notice] NOTICE: Entered benet_start
Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 be2net: [ID 365488 kern.warning] WARNING: benet_start

Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 ip: [ID 713775 kern.error] be2net0: DL_BIND_REQ failed:
DL_SYSERR (errno 16)
Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 ip: [ID 738341 kern.error] be2net0: DL_UNBIND_REQ failed:
DL_OUTSTATE
The 'aggr1 registered' line above is something i have not encountered before
and i think this is what might be causing the problem? Looks like some
aggregration/trunking was attempted and the OS is trying to recreate it upon
reboot? Is there some way i can undo this change? I tried deleting the driver
/usr/kernel/drv/amd64 and re-loading the driver manually ,still no avail
Thanks
Som
